To measure AC voltage for example on your engine’s stator, you first locate the two wires coming from the stator. Turn your DMM to AC Voltage. Place the red probe onto one of the wires, and the black probe on the other wire. You should read about 24 to 30 VAC.

These conductors must be yellow throughout the entire circuit, including wiring in the control panel and the external field wiring. • White or natural gray represents a grounded circuit conductor. • White with blue stripe represents a grounded DC current-carrying circuit conductor. International and European standards require you to use light blue for the neutral conductor. • White with yellow stripe represents grounded AC current-carrying control circuit conductors that remain energized when the disconnecting means is in the OFF position. For additional circuits powered from different sources that remain energized when the main disconnecting means is in the OFF position, you must use striping colors other than green, yellow or blue to uniquely identify the grounded conductors.

From an electrical standpoint, industrial machine equipment and tools - from drill presses to multi-motored automatic machines.

Using the “T” handle apply gentle finger pressure downwards while rotating the tool. This is all it takes to cut into the valve seats. Do this for a few revolutions. Finish, by turning the “T” handle a few times without applying finger pressure. When done correctly you should see that you have cut a uniform area around your valve seat. Repeat this process with your other valve seat.

As the piston in your engine moves downward it creates a vacuum which draws in air through the intake end of the carburetor. As the air travels through the venturi, the air’s pressure drops, and fuel is drawn down from the fuel bowl, and then back up through the main jet and emulsion tube. The low pressure air mixes with and atomizes the fuel. This air/fuel mixture continues through the intake valve and into your combustion chamber.

Line diagrams, also called “schematic” or “elementary” diagrams, show the circuits which form the basic operation of the controller. They do not indicate the physical relationships of the various components in the controller. They are an ideal means for troubleshooting a circuit.

You're permitted to use wiring channels if they're made of a flame-retardant insulating material. If you're working with back-connected control panels, you must provide access doors or swing out panels that swing about a vertical axis. Multiple-device control panels must have terminal blocks or attachment plugs and receptacles to terminate and connect all outgoing control conductors.
